Sinnott & Caulfield Construction is a Construction Business owned by Paul Sinnott & Tom Caulfield. Having assisted each other in their careers for over 20 years they came together in 2021 to form a Construction Business, Sinnott & Caulfield Construction.

The goal of Sinnott & Caulfield Construction is to continue to build relationships with Clients and Professional Teams to deliver top quality projects on time and within budget and offering value by means of shared expectations for each individual project. Our Employees and Supply Chain of Sub Contractors and Suppliers have all worked together previously which gives us a running start on all our projects. We work on Commercial, Local Authority and Private Residential Projects and are happy to discuss all projects with potential Clients. The Team

Tom Caulfield is a qualified Quantity Surveyor and has worked for tier one contractors in the UK and Ireland over the last 23 years in various roles from Setting out Engineer to Project Manager. Tom started working with Roadstone Contracts roads division in 2000 and moved to the UK in 2004 where he worked as a Site Manager and Project Manager on multi storey residential, educational and commercial buildings. In 2016 Tom returned to Ireland and worked with Tier One Contractor’s on commercial, educational, healthcare and residential projects. Having built up a great network of contacts Tom joined with Paul in 2021 to combine both their sets of skills in the new Construction Business. Tom manages interactions with the Client and Professional Teams, Health and Safety, Budgets, Estimating and Company Procedures

Paul Sinnott is a Carpenter by trade and has been working in the Dublin Area over the last 18 years since returning from Boston after a three-year spell in America. Paul started his trade in Wexford in 1997 and has worked on a variety of large- and small-scale projects over the years. In 2005 Paul set up a shuttering company in Dublin and contracted to many Tier One Contractors between then and 2009. With the slowdown in Construction at that time Paul began contracting on one off houses and extensions in the Dublin and commuter counties surrounding Dublin building up a huge network of Sub Contractors and Tradesmen with whom he still works with to this day. With Sinnott & Caulfield, Paul manages the day to day operations on all sites and liaises with the Foremen to ensure that Health & Safety, Build Quality and Programme are well managed and that Client’s needs are being met. Paul makes himself available to discuss issues and changes with Clients with a proactive approach to ensuring that the end result is satisfied customers.
