Project Management

We can also take on the full Project Management role for our Client’s by working with our Architectural and Engineering partners to design and build their project, this approach takes all the stress away for our Client’s as we will deal with the process from the concept stage to the handover and occupation.

New Build

Sinnott & Caulfield Construction have experience on both greenfield and brownfield new build sites and can offer our experience and expertise when developing either type of site. With our partners we can prepare a brownfield site for a new building with diversion of services, decommissioning of existing buildings and demolition with the highest standards of safety.

Many of our projects involve structural alterations to existing buildings before remodelling and re fitting out the building to a new design. In this process we have vast experience of new service connections for power, water and drainage and complete overhaul of the site in terms of landscaping, paving and new access for vehicles.

Sinnott & Caulfield put Health and Safety along with Environmental matters to the fore on all our activities and are fully trained and qualified to carry out the role of PSCS (Project Supervisor Construction Stage). We develop a site specific Construction Stage Health and Safety Plan for each individual project. All our sites are supervised by Foremen who have completed the Safety, Health and Environment for Construction Site Managers course.
